The rainfall and streamflow values are based on measurements recorded in

Water Supply Status: As shown, rainfall during WY 2004 has totaled 18.1 inches, which is 85% of the long-term average. Runoff during WY 2004 has totaled 35,040 acre-feet, which is 52% of average. Usable storage, which includes surface and ground water, was 29,710 acre-feet or 96% of average at the end of June. This storage equates to 79% of system capacity.
In addition, 388 adult steelhead have been counted in the fish
ladder at San Clemente Dam in WY 2004 to date, which is 73% of the long-term
